Why Your Actual Bill May Differ

Calculator results are based on published slab rates, fixed charges, duty percentages, and subsidy rules at the time of our last data update. Your actual bill can differ because of:

• Mid-cycle tariff revisions not yet reflected in our data
• Arrears, previous dues, or interest carried over from earlier bills
• Minimum monthly/demand charges, wheeling charges, or Time-of-Day (TOD) tariffs specific to your connection, which are not modelled by every calculator on this site
• Your specific consumer/tariff category, sanctioned load, or any special scheme you're enrolled in that differs from the general category selected
• Fuel Adjustment Charge (FAC) values, which utilities can revise monthly and which may not match our configured rate exactly
• Rounding conventions used by your utility's billing system
